Spray Booths
A spray booth moves air in and out in a controlled way so overspray and fumes don't fill the shop — and finishes stay cleaner.
Overview
A spray booth brings clean air in and pulls fumes and overspray out. Get the airflow and pressure balance right, and you protect both the painter and the finish.
Benefits
- Extract paint fumes and overspray from the workspace
- Support cleaner finishes by controlling airborne dust
- Balance intake and exhaust for stable booth pressure
- Configure for automotive, industrial or large-vehicle work
Typical applications
- Automotive refinishing
- Industrial product coating
- Truck and large equipment painting
- Fabrication and manufacturing paint shops
Why pressure balance matters
If a booth sucks out more air than it brings in, opening the door can drag dirt inside. Makeup air replaces what you exhaust; a slightly positive booth pushes dust away when doors open. Getting that balance right is what makes a booth work well.
Compliance note
Booth ventilation has to suit the coatings you use and the workplace and fire-safety rules for your site. We help specify a practical intake and extraction setup — confirm the local rules with your safety and building people.
